Infosys Oracle unit is a global leader in Oracle services, delivering solutions across industries and accelerating digital transformation. This role, Package Project Lead 1, focuses on Oracle EBS Time & Labor and Payroll implementations and ongoing support.

You'll coordinate timelines and resource needs, facilitate cross-team collaboration with clients, and guide development, integration, and testing to meet quality goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle eBS Time and Labor and Payroll.
• Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suites experience including Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR.
• Full lifecycle implementation and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and manage resources to ensure on-time delivery.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience with Oracle eBS functional Time and Labor.
• Experience with Oracle eBS functional Payroll.
• Oracle functional expertise and industry experience in services organizations.
• Implementation experience with an understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.x suite of applications.
• At least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite (Oracle Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR) modules.
• Experience and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite of modules listed above.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor and integrations.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Global Payroll and integrations.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HR / Workday and Integrations.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of benefit interfaces.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Absence and interfaces.
• Knowledge on Payroll interfaces - Oracle Global View / Celergo.
• Experience with Smart Recruiters interfaces.
• Experience with Oracle custom reports.
• Experience executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements, and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x strategy on handling data conversion/migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and reports with 3rd party applications.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Ability to identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability in business interaction and understanding of business applications.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
