Job summary

CyberSearch is seeking an Oracle Cloud Talent Management Lead to spearhead global HCM initiatives, focusing on Performance Mgmt, Goals, and Succession. The ideal candidate has deep Oracle Cloud experience and a track record of leading-practice configuration across modules.

This 18-month contract requires ASAP start from a base in Orange County, CA with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Talent Management lead with deep experience in Oracle Cloud HCM processes and leading practices.
• Experience as a consultant on global HCM projects is mandatory.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Performance Mgmt, Goal Mgmt, Goal Library, and Talent Mgmt processes and reporting.

Required:

• Oracle Cloud Talent Management functional Lead with deep experience in Oracle Cloud, Performance Mgmt, Goal Mgmt, and Talent Mgmt business processes and leading practices.
• Experience and background as a consultant on global HCM projects is mandatory.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Performance Mgmt, Goal Mgmt, Goal Library, and Talent Mgmt (Talent Reviews, Talent Profiles, Career Development, Succession Planning) business processes, all configuration, solution design and leading practices, basic understanding of security roles and out-of-the-box reports to support Performance, Goal, and Talent Mgmt modules.
