Job summary

Prominds Business Consulting Inc. is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant for a remote 6-month contract in the United States.

You will advise and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules focusing on Performance Management, Talent Management, and security configurations to enable HR processes. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, translate requirements into Oracle HCM solutions, assist in testing, troubleshooting, and production support, and help optimize cross-module HR workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Performance Management and Talent Management.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review / Nine-Box, and Succession Management.
• Strong Oracle HCM Security experience, including: Security roles and privileges, Data security, Role configuration, Security troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Core HCM and HR business processes; experience with HCM configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Ability to work directly with HR/business stakeholders and translate requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
