Position Overview
Automus is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Functional Lead with 10+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud. The role involves leading cross-functional discussions at various levels with client business users to analyze requirements, brainstorm, and articulate solutions, recommending industry best practices to stakeholders. This role is responsible for documenting a gap analysis against standard Oracle functional flows, providing solutions using both standard and customized options. The role will also design, document, configure, test, demonstrate, and train end users throughout the implementation lifecycle, including hyper-care support at go-live.
Essential Consulting Duties
- Understand the implementation lifecycle using Oracle Cloud.
- Gather and document business requirements through client interviews and research.
- Develop and document business solutions ensuring requirements are met.
- Create design and configuration documentation for modules being implemented.
- Configure Oracle Cloud modules based on design requirements.
- Contribute to implementation methodology, including RAID logs for risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- Design, test, and document technical enhancements to Cloud (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows - RICEW).
- Prepare training materials and work instructions for end-user training and testing.
- Present updates and materials to internal teams, clients, and leadership throughout the project.
Leadership Duties
- Act as a functional lead, implementing multiple Oracle Cloud modules.
- Provide thought leadership on industry practices to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Lead project status meetings and participate in regular project reviews.
- Foster teamwork and positive relationships within the project team and with clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Technology.
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment or related industry, working directly with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications.
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Management, Replenishment Planning, Production Scheduling, S&OP, and Supply Chain Collaboration.
- Exposure to Order Management, Shipping, Orchestration, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Costing, and Shipping is a plus.
- Oracle Certification in Supply Chain modules is advantageous.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting tools is a plus.
- Proven leadership in at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- High proficiency in Office 365 tools including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Visio, and SharePoint.

- Remote from a home location in the United States.
- Willingness to travel nationwide up to 30% to client sites.
