Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced leader to drive consulting sales across Oracle SaaS pillars (ERP, SCM, CX). You will own the end-to-end sales process, build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

You will develop compelling win themes, guide account teams, and push for revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships and governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business management or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience within the Oracle SaaS ecosystem (ERP, SCM, CX).
• Strong understanding of Oracle's SaaS offerings and the ability to articulate their value proposition.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with delivery and industry teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
• Engage with C-level executives to understand business objectives and challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Oracle SaaS solutions and drive client value.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of services and ensure programs meet client expectations.
