Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to drive large-scale digital transformations in complex manufacturing industries. You will lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM programs, guide workshops, and translate business needs into scalable solutions, while collaborating with executives and delivery teams.

You will shape go-to-market strategies, support sales pursuits, and manage solution design, data migration, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead Solution Architect for Oracle Cloud SCM transformation programs within complex manufacturing organizations.
• Lead client workshops and business process discovery sessions to understand current-state operations, future-state requirements, and transformation objectives.
• Architect end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated Oracle Cloud solutions aligned to industry best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives on supply chain transformation and technology modernization.
• Lead solution design, configuration strategy, testing, training, change management, data migration, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide leadership to project teams and mentor consultants and solution architects.
• Collaborate with integration teams to design interfaces with surrounding enterprise systems.
• Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with requirements and standards.
• Support business development by identifying growth opportunities and assisting with account expansion.
• Partner with sales teams and Oracle alliance partners to develop go-to-market strategies and pipeline opportunities.
• Lead or support pursuit activities including client presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Provide advisory services across broader transformation initiatives including ERP assessments and program recovery.
