Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to lead ERP implementations across regions and design cloud-based SCM solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive delivery excellence and ensure business outcomes through robust architecture and governance.

The role requires deep Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud experience, multiple full lifecycle implementations, and proven ability to lead teams, manage risks, and ensure quality throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Inventory Management Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Purchasing, Supply Chain Planning.
• Must have implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
• At least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Planning).
• Led at least two full cycle Oracle Cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect.
• Understanding of Oracle Project Methodology (OUM) and agile/testing strategies such as CRP and SIT/UAT.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions for project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define scope and build consensus for successful outcomes.
• Refine project management processes with best practices for improved efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align actual performance with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies.
• Engage in resource allocation and set performance objectives for the team.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps for adoption.
