Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financial Management practitioner to lead end-to-end Record to Report transformations. You will facilitate workshops, map business requirements to robust Oracle-based designs, and guide project teams through configuration, testing, and deployment.

Travel up to 100% may be required depending on client needs. A senior mix of advisory and delivery experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management, including General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub.
• 5+ years in a functional advisory/consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• 5+ years of end-to-end Record to Report processes experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to elicit R2R requirements and propose robust designs.
• Explain leading R2R business processes to enable transformation with Oracle solutions.
• Identify risks, options, and strategies to meet client needs and avoid issues.
• Offer design options using prototypes to illustrate solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to create Oracle Cloud-based Record to Report offerings.
• Lead and coach a project team to configure, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions and ensure integration.
• Plan tasks, track progress, and communicate delivery status to stakeholders.
• Build trust with clients and mentors to ensure project success and timely delivery.
• Grow skills to support business development and client opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle features to deliver optimal solutions.
