Job Summary (List Format) :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and functional support of Oracle HCM.
• Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on Learning and Reporting modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM reporting tools.
• Configure and customize Oracle Learning modules to meet specific business needs.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Oracle HCM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle HCM technical issues.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Oracle HCM system.
• Stay current with new features and best practices in Oracle HCM.
