Oracle Cloud HCM OTL Functional Consultant

Description: We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with expertise inOTL and Absence Management to support our client servicing a new implementation

5 Key Skills Required:

Oracle HCM Cloud Expertise: 4–8 years of experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including at least 5 full lifecycle projects and 3 focused specifically on ABM/OTL modules.

Certifications & Technical Skills: Preferred current Oracle Cloud certifications in Payroll, ABM, OTL, or other HCM modules. Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and HDL is highly desired.

Industry Sector Experience: Strong preference for candidates with Public Sector experience (especially K–12, Federal/State/Local); private sector experience will also be considered. Cross-functional expertise in additional Oracle HCM modules is a plus.

Project Delivery Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage full project lifecycles including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.

Professional Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Business or Human Resources Management.
