Job summary

Hiresquad Resources seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant for a US Public Sector engagement. The role requires hands-on Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Payroll experience and production/support expertise, with contract/C2C/1099 arrangements.

You'll configure payroll, perform end-to-end implementations, troubleshoot live payroll issues, and collaborate with business, HR, and IT teams in a fast-paced public sector setting. Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Payroll configuration and functional expertise.
• Hands-on production/application support with at least 1 end-to-end Payroll Fusion implementation.
• Troubleshoot live payroll issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Strong knowledge of payroll elements, calculations, retro, balances, deductions, costing, payments, reconciliation, and US payroll processes.
• US Public sector experience – Higher Education / K-12 experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working directly with business, payroll, HR, and technical teams.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and Payroll Fusion.
• Collaborate with business, HR, and IT teams to resolve payroll issues.
• Lead or assist end-to-end payroll configurations and deployments.
• Support reconciliation, payments, and costing activities within US payroll processes.
