• 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll functional team for managed services clients.
• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll production environments.
• Support payroll processing cycle: pre-payroll validation, flow execution, costing, financial reconciliation, year-end activities.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues, including retro-pay, balances, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, GL, banking, and third-party systems.
