Job summary

Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead Consultant to join our Cloud practice. This hybrid role allows remote work with travel to client sites as required, serving clients across public sector and commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate has led complex Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations, aligned milestones for project success, and collaborated with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive Cloud solutions. Oracle Cloud familiarity and certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Functional Lead role.
• Two end-to-end Cloud implementations with Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Experience with HCM across Public Sector or Commercial Healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional Cloud Payroll implementations end-to-end.
• Map business requirements to HCM Cloud functionality.
• Conduct Functional Design Workshops and document requirements.
• Configure applications to meet Payroll needs and document setup.
• Develop validation scripts and testing scenarios.
• Lead migration to production and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status and risk reports.
