Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-focused Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll expert to help clients digitize and optimize payroll in Oracle HCM. You will work with client teams to gather requirements, configure robust payroll processes, and deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple modules.

With 7+ years in Oracle Payroll Cloud and at least two full lifecycle implementations, you will design, validate, and support test cycles while leading design workshops and ensuring successful go-lives in a

Qualifications

Certified in Cloud HCM applications, and Payroll module.
Minimum of 7 years’ of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.
Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll configurations.
Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements from Client teams.
Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM.
Create functional and technical design documents.
Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Payroll Processing with business stakeholders.
Support testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live preparation.
Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables.
