Azusa Solutions seeks an Oracle Cloud HR Help Desk Consultant to design and configure the Oracle Cloud HCM HR Help Desk module for federal government clients. You will gather requirements, analyze gaps, and translate findings into actionable solutions while coordinating with development teams.

Responsibilities include CRPs, test condition design, unit testing, and serving as liaison to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Gather and analyze client requirements.
• Identify gaps between current system capabilities and business objectives.
• Draft functional design details for RICEFW.
• Configure Oracle Core HCM to align with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate client requirements; identify gaps between existing capabilities and client needs.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to demonstrate system functionality and collect feedback.
• Assess requirements for fit-gap analysis.
• Develop test conditions and scenarios to ensure functionality matches client expectations.
• Create functional design documents to guide development.
