Responsibilities

Implement and support Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and BPM workflows.
Design, configure, and maintain BPM workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and reports.
Perform system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Maintain documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user guides.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules while designing and optimizing business workflows using BPM tools. You won’t just be building - you’ll be collaborating with business and technical teams to design scalable Oracle HCM solutions across multiple functional areas. Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Minimum And/or Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Certifications And Skills

Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
Deep understanding and hands on experience in Oracle HCM approval configurations.
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
