Job summary

iteria.us is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Payroll and OTL Consultant with extensive experience in payroll costing and its integration with General Ledger. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll modules, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to deliver successful implementations and ongoing support in a consulting environment.

No Bench Time, Consistent Projects, Travel-Based.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of payroll costing rules and processes.
• Experience with Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation in Oracle Cloud.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates, legislation, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field.
• Oracle Cloud Payroll certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects from requirements to deployment.
• Guide payroll costing configuration and troubleshooting.
• Analyze client payroll processes and recommend improvements.
• Design and maintain configurations for Time and Labor and Absence Management.
• Integrate Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Payroll with US rules.
• Design absence plans, accrual policies, and time-entry rules.
• Provide technical guidance on Fast Formula development.
• Develop project documentation and user guides.
• Conduct client training and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provideexpert guidance on payroll costing, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of costing rules and processes.
• Work closely with clients to understand their payroll processes and requirements, offering recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive configurations for Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Management applications, ensuringoptimalsystem performance and user experience.
• Implement seamless integration between Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Payroll systems, with specialized focus on US legislative rules, compliance frameworks, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Design and configure absence plans, accrual policies, time entry rules, and approval workflows to support diverse workforce management scenarios and business operational needs.
• Provideexpert technical guidance on Fast Formula development, including creation of complex calculations, eligibility rules, and custom business logic to meet specific organizational requirements.
• Configure time andlaborpolicies including time entry methods, time calculation rules, overtime policies, and shift differentials to support various workforce management scenarios.
• Develop andmaintainproject documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation and support, with a focus on payroll costing.
• Proficiencyin Oracle Cloud Payroll modules, including Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation. Strong understanding of payroll costing rules and processes.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud innovations, legislative updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve system capabilities and compliance adherence.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex payroll requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Oracle Cloud Payroll certification is a plus.
