Job summary

iteria.us is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions with strong emphasis on security and integration.

You will lead module implementations, collaborate with clients, test, document, and support security configurations while travel-based engagements are possible.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience, HDL/OTBI proficiency, and excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM functional implementation and support.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM security frameworks including RBAC and compliance.
• Proficiency in HDL and BI/OTBI reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional implementation of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talentand Learning Management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing tailored Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to meet specific business needs.
• Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the solutions.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation.
• Implement and manage security settings and configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Perform regular security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Support data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and security.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.
• Over8years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM functional implementation and support.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM security frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and experience with BI/OTBI reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members working remotely.
