Job summary

iteria.us, based in the United States, seeks a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and strong security compliance across core HR, benefits, absences, and payroll interfaces.

You will design configurations for absence management, accruals, time rules, and interface with time and labor systems, with attention to US regulatory reporting and RBAC security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM functional modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absences).
• Strong understanding of RBAC and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HDL and BI/OTBI reporting tools.
• Ability to configure absence plans, accrual policies, time entry rules, and approvals.

Responsibilities

Job summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with robust expertise in implementation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and top-tier security compliance.

(No Bench Time, Consistent Projects, Travel-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and functional implementation of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Absences, Help desk, Health and Safety Management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing tailored Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to meet specific business needs.
• Implement seamless integration between Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Payroll systems, with specialized focus on US legislative rules, compliance frameworks, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Design and configure absence plans, accrual policies, time entry rules, and approval workflows to support diverse workforce management scenarios and business operational needs.
• Develop comprehensive test scripts, detailed user manuals, and engaging training guides to support successful system adoption and ensure end-userproficiencyacross all implemented modules.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation.
• Implement absence management processes including leave accruals, absence certifications, return-to-work procedures, and integration with disability management systems.
• Implement and administer security configurations and access controls, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and applicable industry regulatory standards.
• Configure and manage employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans (401(k), 403(b)), and related offerings within the system.
• Configure and provide functional support for benefits data extracts and integrations to facilitate accurate data exchange with third-party providers and vendors.
• Implement and support Oracle HR Help Desk and Service modules to streamline employee query handling, grievance management, and service request tracking.
• Implement and maintain Oracle Health and Safety functionality to manage incident reporting, approval workflows, closure tracking, and follow-up activities.
• Support Oracle HCM Cloud upgrade activities, quarterly releases, and new feature implementations, ensuring continuous system optimization and enhanced functionality delivery.
• Perform regular security audits and assessments toidentifyand mitigate potential risks.
• Support data migration processes, ensuring dataintegrityand security.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud innovations, legislative updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve system capabilities and compliance adherence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM functional implementation and support.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM security frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and experience with BI/OTBI reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members working remotely.
