Job summary

Largeton Group is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation functional lead for a large federal implementation. You will drive design, configuration and deployment of Compensation solutions and gather requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

You will lead CRPs, perform fit-gap analysis, and guide the implementation lifecycle with cross-functional teams across functional, technical, security, and development domains.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to run Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and fit-gap analysis.
• Proven ability to guide teams through full implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in federal environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation on a large federal implementation project.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and perform fit-gap analysis to ensure solution alignment.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, security, development) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules and support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Manage release planning, deployment validation, and ongoing production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle Compensation.
• Lead functional workshops, design reviews, and client meetings for solution alignment.
• Provide project status updates and coordinate with project management.
• Support project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ensure solution quality, business process alignment, and successful project delivery in a federal environment.
