Job summary

Alithya Group in Austin, TX invites an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Lead to join our Center of Excellence. You will design and implement Oracle ERP cloud solutions, focusing on IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for client applications.

You will manage offshore team members, lead cross-functional development, and mentor staff while advancing your career in a firm that values quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle applications, incl. 2 years with Oracle Cloud ERP as technical lead/manager
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP or Cloud Data Conversion processes, including integrations (OIC, SOA, ICS)
• Experience leading full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementations for large clients
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP, HDL, FBDI and related tools

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Oracle ERP cloud implementations related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for applications
• Manage offshore team members in design, development, data conversions, and reports
• Lead development activities in cross-functional environment with enterprise and vendors
• Communicate blockers, dependencies, risks, and status to project stakeholders
• Create and maintain technical design documents in a standardized format
• Mentor offshore teams and manage technical activities for multiple client projects
• Assist with estimation of technical activities and development of standards and processes
