Job summary
Alithya in Austin, TX seeks an Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Lead Consultant to deliver functional and technical expertise to design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Benefits solutions. You will serve as the SME throughout the implementation lifecycle and guide clients through the full Benefits deployment.

Qualifications
- Active Oracle Cloud Benefits certification.
- 4+ years in a Functional Lead Consultant role.
- 4 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Benefits implementations, including 3 as Benefits lead.
- Strong knowledge of Benefits administration, eligibility rules, life event processing, and vendor file integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits engagements as primary SME through the implementation lifecycle.
- Drive project deliverables by communicating requirements, timelines, risks, and recommendations.
- Guide customers through Benefits functionality, map processes, document requirements, and support testing.
- Provide expertise on design, eligibility, life events, enrollments, and integrations with payroll/vendor files.
- Maintain client relationships and act as trusted advisor for Benefits optimization.
- Mentor junior consultants to strengthen team capability.
