Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, program design, pay structures, and administration.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate complex issues into clear recommendations and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable compensation programs and pay solutions for the global data center workforce.
• Develop market- and skill-based compensation approaches including incentives and shift differentials.
• Translate market intelligence, workforce analytics, and business needs into practical compensation strategies.
• Establish program frameworks, eligibility criteria, governance, and guidelines for scalable execution.
• Lead implementation of compensation programs with HR, Payroll, HR Systems, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor program utilization, cost, effectiveness, and compliance; recommend improvements.
