Job description

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant with a strong background in Credit & Collections and Billing experience. Should have worked on implementations (atleast two end-to-end), functional design, configuration. While primarily functional, a basic understanding of technical configurations and integrations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the functional design, configuration, and implementation of the Oracle CC&B Billing module.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support in project life cycle covering Requirements gathering, Design, SIT, UAT phases of projects and training activities; create functional documentation as needed.
• Provide expertise in rate configuration, billing rules, pricing structures, and adjustment processes.
• Ability to develop functional design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the CC&B package to meet requirements for projects in this area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data migration, interface design, and workflow setups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle CC&B in a functional role, with strong exposure to Billing operations.
• Experience in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and good understanding of the Meter-to-Cash flow/Billing.
• Good understanding of Customer, Metering, Rates, Billing, and Payments functionalities.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Exposure to PL/SQL or Java is a plus, but not mandatory.

Preferred:

• Experience in the Utilities sector (Electric/Water/Gas).
• Certification in Oracle Utilities CC&B is an added advantage.
