Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Management Consultant with a background in Oracle C2M, CC&B, and/or CCS to join its Utilities practice at a Principal level.

About the Role:

This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of the Oracle C2M, CC&B, and/or CCS product suites, including associated implementation experience. A broad understanding of customer solutions, industry best practices, and trends within utilities is also desired.

The principal will lead major transformation projects and serve as a key customer-facing member of the Infosys Utilities Consulting team. They will contribute to developing solutions to solve business problems and increase adoption of Infosys-driven solutions, delivering actionable value across the Utilities ecosystem.

As a CIS thought leader in the Utilities domain, you will advise on solution design reviews and help clients define and realize expected value. You will have the opportunity to shape consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the rapidly transforming utility industry business models.

This position requires expertise in:

• Oracle C2M, CC&B, and/or CCS
• Leadership of complex business transformation programs
• Project execution employing a global delivery model

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall project management and senior leadership for CIS transformations using Oracle products.
• Define, track, and measure project value across transformational programs.
• Ensure excellence in project management and execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing.
• Support account management and business development efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for education.
• At least 7 years’ experience within or exposure to the utilities industry and 5 years of consulting experience.
• Ability to travel up to 4 days a week.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong planning, coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with top-tier consulting organizations.
• Advanced degree from a reputed university.
