Job summary

INFOTRON is seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and Oracle application initiatives. The role involves working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to translate needs into Oracle-based solutions.

The position requires gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and assisting with Oracle ERP implementations and integrations. A U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, CS).
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and SDLC.
• Experience with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Oracle applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map current processes and identify gaps.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for technical teams.
• Support Oracle ERP implementations, enhancements, configurations, and integrations.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Prepare documentation, functional requirements, user stories, and workflows.
• Coordinate with Oracle developers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in testing, including test planning, UAT, and defect tracking.
• Assist with troubleshooting and data validation for Oracle apps.
• Maintain project status reporting and documentation.
