Job summary

Talentify in Vienna, Virginia is seeking a technically proficient Business Analyst to join our PRISM Application Support Services team. You will work directly with users, stakeholders, project leadership, and developers to understand operational needs, resolve issues, and help deliver Oracle APEX enhancements. The role is hybrid, requiring collaboration with both remote and on-site teams.

U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required, with background checks to obtain/maintain

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience organizing release and sprint planning meetings.
• Knowledge of Agile methods and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders and end users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between users, stakeholders, leadership, and developers.
• Coordinate and communicate resolution of feedback, service requests, defects, and questions.
• Support user access administration and account activation.
• Allocate budget to program codes after verifying information.
• Process work-package archiving and unarchiving requests.
• Maintain and update application documentation as interfaces and processes change.
• Stay informed on application changes and data updates.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business needs from customers and end users.
• Facilitate requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and use cases.
• Develop, configure, enhance, test, and support Oracle APEX apps in APEX 24.x+ environment.
• Apply Oracle APEX development concepts including pages, regions, forms, interactive reports, security, and deployment.
