Job summary

Datasoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III (Oracle HCM) for a 6-month contract with potential extension. This hybrid role focuses on analyzing business objectives and translating them into information systems and processes.

You will work with stakeholders, define system requirements, and support U.S. payroll configurations and reporting using OTL, HDL, BI Publisher, and payroll fast formulas. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8 years combined education/experience.
• Extensive experience supporting U.S. payroll legislation.
• Strong expertise in OTL, HDL, BI Publisher and payroll formulas.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into system requirements aligned with cost, quality, and delivery.
• Perform quality control audits and recommend enhancements.
• Liaise with stakeholders during design, management, and implementation of changes.
• Create and maintain technical user guides for systems and processes.
• Lead medium to large-scale analysis projects under minimal supervision.
