Job summary

INFOTRON is seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst to drive business process analysis, requirements gathering, and Oracle-based initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and project groups to translate needs into effective Oracle solutions.

The role covers requirements gathering, functional specs, ERP implementation support, process automation, and UAT. A US Secret clearance eligibility is required and remote-friendly options are available.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be willing and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Experience with Oracle modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Projects.
  • Experience with Oracle integrations and interfaces.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Previous experience working on U.S. Government or Department of Defense (DoD) projects.
  • Experience working in a security-cleared environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle reporting and data-management tools.

  • Support data validation, reporting, and analysis related to Oracle applications.
  • Participate in project meetings, status reporting, and documentation.

Job Summary
