Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to elicit high-level requirements.
• Provide daily support for Oracle EBS production environment.
• Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Design, configure, test, and document system changes.
• Assess risks and prioritize competing business demands.
• Develop validation test plans and end-user documentation.
