You will compile supporting documents, reconcile drafts, submit final invoices via client portals, monitor submissions, resolve errors, maintain records, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Invoice preparation using Oracle for client-ready invoices.
• Revise invoices under project team guidance, including bill rate adjustments and expenditure corrections.
• Compile and provide supporting documentation (timesheets, expense reports, vendor/subcontractor invoices) as required by contract.
• Reconcile Oracle invoices with system-generated or spreadsheet drafts prior to finalizing.
• Submit final invoices and required supporting documentation through client billing portals.
• Monitor portal submissions and help resolve submission errors, rejected invoices, or other administrative issues.
• Maintain accurate records of invoice submissions and statuses and assist with follow-up as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
