WSP Global Inc. in the United States invites applications for an Invoice Specialist responsible for preparing client-ready invoices in Oracle and coordinating with project teams on billing adjustments. You will compile supporting documents, reconcile invoices, and ensure accurate records across portals.

Working under guidance, you will submit invoices through client portals, monitor submissions, resolve errors, and handle follow-up to maintain timely cash flow for projects and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Performs invoice preparation of client-ready invoices using Oracle.
• Under direction of the project team, revises invoices to adjust project expenditures and Oracle maintenance.
• Compile and provide supporting documentation (timesheets, expense reports, vendor and subcontractor invoices, etc.).
• Reconcile Oracle with system generated or spreadsheet-based invoices before finalizing draft invoice.
• Submit final invoices and required supporting documentation through client billing portals.
• Monitor portal submissions and assist with resolving submission errors, rejected invoices, or other administrative issues.
• Maintain accurate records of invoice submissions and statuses and assist with follow-up.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Duties:

• -Performs invoice preparation of "client-ready" invoices using Oracle.
• -Under direction of the project team, makes appropriate revisions to the invoices including adjustments to project expenditures such as splits or transfers and/or Oracle maintenance including bill rate adjustments.
• -Compile and provide supporting documentation (timesheets, expense reports, vendor and subcontractor invoices, etc) as required by contract.
• -Reconcile Oracle with either system generated or spreadsheet-based invoices prior to finalizing draft invoice
• -Submit final invoices and required supporting documentation through various client billing portals.
• -Monitor portal submissions and assist with resolving submission errors, rejected invoices, or other administrative issues.
• -Maintain accurate records of invoice submissions and statuses and assist with follow-up as needed.
• -Other duties as assigned
