Job summary

Leidos is seeking a SME Oracle APEX Developer for the ESA V program in Washington, DC. You will lead full lifecycle development of Oracle Applications primarily with Oracle APEX, interfacing directly with customers to translate mission needs into effective solutions.

The role requires advanced Oracle APEX, PL/SQL and scripting skills, plus experience with Oracle Database, BI Publisher, and integration via web services. Expected start 11/30/2026 for a 6-month engagement with potential FTE.

Qualifications

• Experience with full lifecycle development of Oracle Applications using APEX.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Java and scripting for automation and integration.
• Hands-on with Oracle Database and BI Publisher templates.
• Ability to interface with customers and translate requirements into actions.
• Experience with external connections and web services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree valued; Public Trust eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle development of Oracle Applications using APEX.
• Develop with Oracle APEX 21 and above and create dynamic reports.
• Work with Quest Toad and Oracle SQL Developer for development tasks.
• Develop APIs and connections to external applications and services.
• Assist in data migration, security, and web service integration.
• Document work products and interface with customers to clarify needs.
