Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with aseptic/sterile technique and surgical instruments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates surgeon needs and informs the circulating nurse during procedures.
• Assembles supplies, equipment, and meds prior to procedures.
• Maintains infection control standards and regulatory compliance.
• Supervises staff and supports orientation and training.
• Ensures safe operating room turnover and aids in room setup.
