Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, Colorado is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist for full-time day and night opportunities in the operating room. You will anticipate the surgeon’s needs, prepare instruments and supplies, and support the sterile field to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

You’ll supervise teammates, assist with orientation and training, follow infection control practices, and help with room turnover.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in surgical technology preferred.
• Current enrollment or completion of an approved surgical technology program.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates the needs of the surgeon and informs circulating nurse during procedures.
• Assembles supplies, equipment, and medications before procedures.
• Maintains infection control and aseptic technique; adheres to regulatory standards.
• Supervises team members and supports training.
• Assists with OR turnover and room management.
