Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Sterile Processing Tech to bridge the gap between SPD and the Operating Room, ensuring smooth case flow and high surgeon satisfaction. You will anticipate needs, enhance communication, and support interdepartmental teamwork to uphold patient safety and quality care.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma, completion of an accredited sterile processing or surgical technology program, or 5 years' SPD/OR experience.

Competenze

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited sterile processing or surgical technology course; hands-on instruction required.
• In lieu of completion of the course, 5 years' working experience within SPD or the OR.

• Facilitate a close working relationship between Sterile Processing and the Operating Room.
• Anticipate needs and bridge gaps to ensure surgeon satisfaction and case completion.
