Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the In-Person Operating Room at Thompson Peak Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The RN will perform circulating duties, monitor patient status, and support the surgical team in a fast-paced OR environment.

Requires OR circulating experience, valid AZ RN license, and BLS; a BSN or ≥5 years RN experience are considered for alternative pathways. The position offers a $20k sign-on bonus and a weekday day shift.

Qualifications

• RN Circulating in Operating Room experience required.
• 1 year RN experience for Float positions
• BLS certification required
• Arizona RN license on hire; national certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform circulating nurse duties in the OR and support the anesthesia team.
• Document patient data, nursing assessments, and plans in the medical record.
• Administer medications and manage IVs; monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high‑quality care.
