Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Operating Room at Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. The role covers day shifts with a 4x10 schedule and a potential $20,000 sign-on bonus. The RN will perform circulating duties, manage patient care, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requires 2 years of OR circulating experience, BLS, and AZ RN license. BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years OR Circulating experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• RN license in Arizona upon hire.
• BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and code of ethics; document patient history and administer medications.
• Develop and revise care plans with a family-centered approach.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
