Bon Secours Mercy Health in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient surgery team. The role involves delivering high-quality perioperative care across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op stages, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to maintain safety and patient-centered outcomes.

The role requires two years of RN experience, a nursing degree, and current RN licensure; BLS/ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current RN licensure in state of practice
• BLS|ACLS|PALS certifications preferred at hire, must obtain if required by department

Responsabilidades

• Deliver perioperative nursing care in OR setting across pre-op, intra-op and post-op phases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Observe and assist the surgical team to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for the patient
• Manage nursing care within the OR and coordinate needs of the surgical team with other providers
• Provide patient and family education and post-op instructions
