Job summary

Prisma Health in Greenville seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift in the Operating Room at Greenville Memorial Hospital. You will provide direct patient care within the nursing plan, collaborate with surgeons and teams, and ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will assess patient needs, develop and update plans of care with the patient and family, document changes, and adhere to regulatory and organizational policies. Prior OR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1 year as a registered nurse.
• Licensure: current RN license recognized by state.
• In lieu of experience: Prisma Health Nurse Residency or comparable residency.
• In lieu of Associate degree: nursing diploma with licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care consistent with the nursing plan.
• Develop and update the plan of care with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Update the plan based on changes in patient condition and communicate with team.
• Monitor and ensure patient safety and adherence to policies.
