Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a PRN RN for the Network Float Pool across multiple campuses in the Phoenix, AZ area. The role requires a minimum of 10 months of med-surg or acute care experience, with a focus on stroke care and patient education. ADN or Diploma holders must pursue BSN within 60 months of hire.

The RN will coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, administer medications, manage IVs, and participate in competency development within a Shared Governance model.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• RN licensure required
• NLN/CCNE graduate or equivalent

Responsibilities

• The RN’s practice is guided by ANA standards and code of ethics.
• Record patients’ medical history and symptoms; perform and interpret diagnostics; administer treatments and medications.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning; collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Precept and mentor new staff; promote a healthy work environment and shared governance.

Education
