Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is looking for a Float Pool Nurse for our outpatient surgery centers in Phoenix, Arizona. This PRN position requires assessing, planning, and documenting nursing care for patients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the health care team.

The ideal candidate must be a licensed RN with a minimum of one year of experience in PreOp/PACU, and willing to travel between facilities. A BLS and ACLS certification is required, with PALS certification needed within 90 days if working with pediatrics.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum one-year licensed RN experience in PreOp/PACU is core requirement.
• Two years licensed RN experience in PreOp/PACU required for PRN.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document nursing care of patients.
• Formulate and implement patient care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care accordingly.
