Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a registered nurse for the Night shift in the Network Float Pool. This full-time role involves floating to 3+ hospitals, with 7:00pm-7:30am shifts and rotating weekends.

Required: 2 years telemetry experience and 1 year RN experience in float roles; AZ RN license; BLS. New hire sign-on bonus available. Join a large Arizona nonprofit health system serving the greater Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 2 years of telemetry experience required.
• 1 year RN experience for all float positions required.
• Current RN license in Arizona (or eligibility) required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care guided by ANA standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with care team.
• Administer medications and vaccinations following physician orders.
• Develop and revise patient care plans with input from patient and family.
• Supervise and mentor students or new hire nurses as assigned.
