HonorHealth in Phoenix, Arizona, is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Network Float Pool. This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the OR setting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing care plans, and administering medications. The RN’s practice is guided by the ANA Standard for Professional Nurse and Code of Ethics. Responsibilities include recording patients’ medical history, performing diagnostic tests, administering treatments and medications, and supporting patient follow‑up and rehabilitation. The RN establishes or contributes to a care plan and may administer medication, maintain IV lines, administer therapies, observe patients, consult with physicians, and educate patients and families on self‑care and post‑treatment requirements. The RN provides direction to licensed practical nurses and nursing aides, precepts new staff and students, and continually enhances knowledge in nursing management to improve patient outcomes and promote a healthy work environment.
