Qualifications

• 2 years Telemetry experience required.
• AZ RN licensure required.
• Night shift availability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe treatment.
• Document observations and patient progress for continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and medications.
