Job summary

HonorHealth's Piper Surgery Center in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for day shifts. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications, and contribute to care plans under ANA standards, supporting patient recovery and education.

This role requires 1 year of med-surg or acute care experience and a valid RN license, with a BSN pursued within 60 months. Sign-on bonus of $20,000 is available; position is full-time with 40 hours/week and no on-call obligations.

Qualifications

• RN practices guided by ANA Standards and Code of Ethics.
• Demonstrates ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Maintains knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and IV therapies with accurate dosages.
• Records patient histories and participates in post-treatment care.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to update care plans.
