Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix is seeking a skilled ER RN to join the Evening shift team supporting the Emergency Department. You will assess patients, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires ER experience, licensure in Arizona, and BSN/ADN with progress toward BSN. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered as part of a comprehensive benefits package. You will apply ANA standards and maintain patient safety while mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• The RN’s practice is guided by the ANA Standard for Professional Nurse and Code of Ethics.
• The RN records patients’ medical history and symptoms, assists with diagnostics and tests, and administers treatment and medications.
• The RN develops care plans, manages IVs and medications, and coordinates with physicians and the care team.
• Education requirements include BSN within 60 months or equivalent RN entry credentials.

Responsibilities

• Collects health data systematically and prioritizes based on patient needs.
• Develops and revises family-centered care plans.
• Initiates treatments and manages IV therapy per standing orders and procedures.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.
