Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN to circulate in the Operating Room at Osborn Medical Center, Scottsdale. The role is day shift with 3x12s on weekends, and a $20k sign-on bonus is available.

The RN will perform patient care, assist during procedures, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Requirements include 1 year of OR circulating experience, active RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Operating Room circulating experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (or BSN preferred) and active RN license.
• Arizona RN licensure upon hire and BLS certification.
• Experience in med-surg or acute specialty setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with an emphasis on OR circulation.
• Administer medications and manage IV fluids per policy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the surgical team.
• Ensure patient safety, monitor vitals, and respond to emergencies.
• Assist in post-anesthesia care and patient education when applicable.
