Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred or equivalent experience.
• Active RN license in Arizona at time of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with family.
• Implement interventions, administer medications, and manage IV therapy as needed.
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and revise plans of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, evidence-based care.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing practice and participate in professional development.
