Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for the Operating Room (Circulating) role on the day shift. The RN will assess patient data, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams to ensure safe perioperative care.

A $20k sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in Arizona with OR nursing experience and a BSN may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Arizona with active status.
• OR nursing experience and familiarity with perioperative standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow ANA standards and code of ethics for perioperative care.
• Document patient data, plan care, and monitor progress.
• Assist in anesthesia and post-operative recovery as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians and team to ensure patient safety.
• Provide patient and family education on care needs after surgery.
